Combine Spirit, Mind and Body with martial arts. Exercises are designed to develop confidence, respect discipline, coordination, muscle tone and endurance. Parents participate with their children and learn too! Open to anyone over the age of five and can accommodate any fitness level. Learn the basic principles of Martial Arts in a friendly relaxed atmosphere.
Class is limited to six pairs of adults and children.
