Aquatic Coordinator

• Full-Time Position
• $16.00- $19.00 per hour based on experience
• Some weekends
• Mostly daytime shifts

Required Certification:

• CPR/First Aid
• Lifeguarding (YMCA or Red Cross preferred)
• Swim Instructor Certification (or competitive swimming background or experienced teacher)

Essential Functions:

• Work with the Senior Director of Operations to promote programming
• Be on deck and readily available during programming to assist and support as needed
• Coordinate any special group lessons or events securing instructors and implementing the program set forth
• Scheduling, evaluating, and leading by example lifeguards and instructors
• Effectively manage the substitution process and fill in when needed to maintain member satisfaction and expectations.
