Designed to give the maximum benefit without the stress and risks that accompany high pressure workouts. A program designed to physically and mentally prepare the mother-to-be for child birth, and for those who just had a child and are not yet ready to do strenuous exercise. Goals of this program are:
- To enhance posture
- To strengthen muscles for childbirth & labor
- To strengthen the muscles used in caring for your baby
- To vitalize the body for rapid return to pre-pregnancy condition
- To help maintain weight gain at a healthy level
- Instructor is certified in the YMCA Prenatal Exercise Program.
A doctor's permission is required.
