PERSONAL NUTRITION COACHING

A personalized program designed by a registered dietician to address the needs of an individual seeking nutrition counseling relating to weight management, heart health or diabetes. Personal Nutrition coaching will be available by appointment only. Initial appointment is 45-minutes; follow-up appointments are 30-minutes. Nutrition coaching is free to all Highmark members.
