Whether your goals are functional, weight reduction, strength gains, or health/sports related, our certified personal trainers are ready to help you meet your goals. Get a program designed just for you!

Pre-requisite: An initial evaluation by the Health and Fitness Director is necessary to determine if a physicians consent or exercise prescription is needed for participation.

Male and female trainers available.
