Teen Strength & Conditioning
Ages: 14-18
Whatever your sport; youth football, soccer, softball, baseball, or tennis our conditioning program is designed to improve athletic performance, coordination, and agility. Program will provide teens with a solid foundation in safe effective training principles with added emphasis on injury prevention. Class utilizes machine exercises, free weights, body weight exercises and plyometrics to increase muscle strength and power. Coordination drills and aerobics help improve stamina, endurance, speed and agility.
