Parent/Child Martial Arts

Ages 5 to Adult

Exercises are designed to develop confidence, respect, discipline, coordination, muscle tone and endurance. Parents can participate alongside their children and learn with them. Classes are open to anyone over the age of five. This program can accommodate any age and range of fitness level. Come and learn the basic principles of Martial Arts in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. This program is a great way to enhance that all important "quality time" between parent and child.

Note:Class size is limited to six pairs of adults and children.
