Strength and Conditioning

Ages 8-13

Whatever your sport; youth football, soccer, softball, baseball, or tennis our conditioning program is designed to improve athletic performance, coordination, and agility. Program will provide youth with a solid foundation in safe effective training principles. This class is held in the upstairs program room and utilized body weight exercises, hand held dumbbells, balance training pods, and resistance tubing to increase muscle strength. Coordination drills and aerobics help improve stamina and endurance.
