While under the overall direction of the Facility Coordinator, this position will ensure a safe, clean, and friendly environment for our members to enjoy. 

Qualifications 

• Previous experience in grounds keeping, housekeeping, maintenance preferred. 
• Must be willing to work weekends. 
• Essential Functions Ensure all equipment is clean and in safe working order. 
• Report any needs or repairs to the Maintenance Director. 
• Works positively with other departments to create and maintain a healthy community at the YMCA. 
• Performs other duties as needed or assigned. 

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Repetitive bending and stooping.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Standing and walking for long periods of time.
