The Greater Johnstown Community YMCA offers a variety of Wellness Programs to members of all ages so that they might enjoy a more healthy and fulfilling life.
Our trained professionals can get you acquainted with our facility, help you kick-start your fitness journey, and assess your individual needs to create a customized program that will help you reach your goals. Our areas of expertise include:

- Chronic Disease Management
In addition to Wellness Coaching, we offer Sports-Specific Coaching as private sessions or in small groups. We offer coaching for a wide variety of sports including Basketball, Swimming, Triathlon, and Track & Field. Instruction is customized to the athlete’s needs and focuses on topics such as technique, game strategy, injury prevention/rehabilitation, form, and overall fitness. Individualized feedback and progress tracking ensures that you are becoming the best athlete you can be. Ask your coach about our video breakdown and analysis services!
All Wellness and Sports Coaching sessions are one-hour-long with the exception of swim instruction, which are 40 minutes in length.
