Couch to 5k
This is a 6 week training program that focuses walk/run intervals, strength and mobility. As we progress
through the program, walking breaks get shorter and running intervals get longer as 5k day approaches. Strength conditioning and stretching/mobility are also built into this program as well. Interval workouts are based on time, not distance as you work on achieving your goal of participating in the 5k. This program is for all fitness levels of all ages. Anyone can run/walk or walk any of the workouts and race course if needed.
