Couch to 5k for the Shamrock Shake on 3/2/2024 at the Galleria Mall

Couch to 5k is a training plan to get you up off your couch to finishing a 5k in 7 weeks!

This is a 7 week training program that focuses walk/run intervals, strength and mobility. This program is for all fitness levels of all ages. Anyone can run or walk any of the workouts and race course!

This is a self guided program with the added benefit of one group strength class and weekly group running meetings with one of our very own Personal Trainers!  Weekly meetings will start on January 20th at 9am.  Group strength and stretching class will be held in the Multipurpose room.  Weekly runs will meet at the front of the YMCA, for inclement weather, we will run our track.

GOALWalk/Run the Shamrock Shake 5k on Saturday, March 2, 2024!
