Our trained professionals can show you through our facility, help you kick-start your fitness journey, and assess your individual needs to create a customized program that will help you reach your goals. Our areas of expertise include:

In addition to Personal Training, we offer Sports-Specific Coaching for a wide variety of sports including Basketball, Swimming, and Track & Field. All Personal Training and Sports Coaching sessions are one-hour-long with the exception of swim instruction, which are 40 minutes in length.

The YMCA offers free fitness orientations for our new and existing members.

Both orientations are hosted by YMCA fitness staff and include information on adjusting equipment to fit you, proper use of equipment, and wellness floor etiquette.

At the Y, we’re here to help you reach your wellness goals.

Our trained Fitness Center staff will take you on a guided tour of the cardio and weight rooms, show you how to operate equipment and get you started on a routine!

This orientation is complimentary to all Y members and mandatory for any members under the age of 15 who would like to use the equipment.
