YMCA CHEERLEADING

New Program Starting January 5th 2024!

We are excited to announce that we are now offering cheer programs at the YMCA! This is perfect for youth who would like to learn how to cheer in a fun, encouraging and non-competitive environment. 

Our cheer program will be led by Jolie Carey and other YMCA volunteer staff. Jolie has an immense dedication and knowledge of and to cheer as she has experience in All-Star, school, college, and professional cheering.

Jolie is a Penn State Main graduate who cheered all 4 years of her college career. Her cheer squad was ranked 8th in the nation for gameday cheer! She has also coached for several different organizations including Turners (10 years), UCA staff (2 years), and is currently a cheer coach at Johnstown Middle School.
