Golden Whistle Challenge

Sunday, February 23, 2025 – starting at 2:00pm

Friendly competition with area lifeguards.   Refresh your skills for the upcoming summer months while team building with your own crew and make new connections!

Eligibility:

Teams must be made up of four certified lifeguards. Register your team on our website or by calling our Welcome Desk.

Events:

• CPR Refresher

• Timed Relay

• Rescue Drills

• Timed Brick Swim

• Last Man Treading

• Freestyle Freddy

• Full extrication drill with a “shark” from another team

Judges:

Aquatic Directors and Coordinators will be asked to assist in judging events.  Each judge will be assigned a station.

Prizes:

A Traveling Trophy will be awarded to the winning team to display at their home pool for a year.  Each member of the winning team will receive a Golden Whistle as well!

Cost:

Shirts are included in the cost for the 4 certified lifeguards and 1 director per team. 

Extra shirts are $20 each.
